Kundalini Yoga – Every Wednesday
Kundalini Yoga 60 minutes: referred to as Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini’s focus is more on the mental and emotional aspects of yoga and less on poses and flexibility. While still an intense workout, Kundalini’s gifts are removing blocks and obstacles, dealing with trauma that interferes with our success in life, and clearing the mind. This is the ideal class for those looking for something “more”, assistance on their Path.
Dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible, Jennifer finds purpose in helping people advance their practice and challenge them as well as introducing yoga and encouraging people who believed they “couldn’t”. Jennifer has had a personal yoga practice for 20 years and got her first certification in 2017 for Integral Hatha and recently advanced her practice by certifying in Kundalini yoga in 2022. Her focus is trauma-informed yoga and incorporating doshas and enneagrams into yoga practices. Also having an acupuncture license, Jennifer’s specialty is combining both practices into programs that are beneficial throughout life.
